Resepi Ayam Percik Chef Marina Mustafa

Mudahnya memasak menggunakan barangan dapur Philips. Dalam sesi memasak ‘Raya Bersama Chef Marina Mustafa’ beliau sediakan Resepi Ayam Percik menggunakan Philips Premium All-In-One Multicooker. Jomlihat resepinya.


Yang mana ada mempunyai peralatan Philips Premium All-In-One Multicooker (HD2145/62) dan Philips Viva Collection Airfryer XXL (HD9630/99), bolehlah cuba resepi dan langkah berikut. Kalau tak ada pun, boleh aja gunakan resepi ni dan masak dalam kuali. Jom lihat resepinya.

BAHAN-BAHAN
4 peha ayam
2 bawang besar, dikisar
1 in halia, dikisar
5 ulas bawang putih, dikisar
3 batang serai, dikisar
2 inci lengkuas, dikisar
1 inci kunyit hidup, dikisar
1/2 cawan gula melaka
2 asam keping
2 sk garam
1/2 cawan daun ketumbar

CARA MEMASAK:
1) Pilih ‘SEAR/SAUTE’’ dan “START’ di PHILIPS ALL-In-One Cooker dan panaskan minyak.
2) Tumiskan bahan-bahan dikisar dan pes chili.
3) Apabila wangi dan pecah minyak, masukkan peha ayam dan gaulkan bersama bahan tumisan.
4) Tuangkan santan kelapa, gula melaka, asam keping dan garam. Gaul sehingga samarata.
5) Tutupkan tudung dan pusingkan ke ‘LOCK’.
6) Pilih ‘MEAT/POULTRY’ dan tekan ‘START’
7) Tutupkan tudung dan pusingkan ke ‘LOCK’
8) Apabila lampu manyala di ‘KEEP WARM’, bukakan tudung.
9) Keluarkan ayam daripada AIOC dan letakkannya kedalam XXL AirFryer.
10) Bakarkan Ayam Percik selama 15 minit di 200ºC.
11) Sementara itu, tekankan ‘Sauce Thickening’ di AIOC.
12) Apabila kuah Ayam Percik memekat, tuangkan ke atas Ayam Percik dan hidangkan bersama Nasi Putih.

INGREDIENTS
4 whole chicken thighs
2 large onion, blended
1-inch ginger, blended
5 cloves of garlic, blended
3 lemongrass, blended
2-inch galangal, blended
1-inch turmeric root, blended
½ cup chili paste
1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup grated palm sugar
2 tamarind skin
2 tsp salt
½ cup of sliced cilantro

METHOD:
1) Press ‘SEAR HIGH TEMP’ and ‘START’ of the PHILIPS ALL-In-One-Cooker and heat the oil.
2) Saute’ the blended ingredients and chili paste.
3) Once fragrant and the oil separates, put in the chicken thighs and coat the chicken thoroughly.
4) Put all the coconut milk, palm sugar, tamarind skin and season with salt. Mix till combined.
5) Close the lid, and turn the valve towards the ‘LOCK’ position.
6) Cook on ‘MEAT/POULTRY’ for 15 mins. Press ‘START’.
7) Close the lid and turn towards ‘LOCK’.
8) When the light flicks at ‘Keep Warm’, open the lid.
9) Remove the chicken thighs from the AIOC and place it directly into the Airfryer XXL.
10) Bake the Ayam Percik at 200ºC for 15 mins.
11) In the meantime, press the ‘SAUCE THICKENING’ mode of the AIOC.
12) Once the sauce is thick, serve the sauce over the baked AYAM PERCIK with white rice.
