Resepi KITKAT Kuih Cara Manis Pandan

Masa penyediaan: 10 minit
Masa memasak: 10 minit
Saiz hidangan: 30 keping

BAHAN-BAHAN UNTUK KUIH CARA MANIS
3 sudu besar ekstrak pandan
470ml Air
200ml Santan
2 biji telur
380g tepung serba guna
1 sudu kecil Garam
2 sudu kecil Gula

BAHAN-BAHAN UNTUK KITKAT GANACHE
50ml krim kental
6 jejari KITKAT (dicincang halus)
180g coklat chip

BAHAN-BAHAN LAIN
20g kelapa kering
4 jejari KITKAT (dipotong dadu)


LANGKAH PENYEDIAAN KITKAT GANACHE
1. Masukkan krim, butang coklat dan KITKAT ke dalam periuk saiz sederhana. Didihkan dengan api sederhana.
2. Setelah mendidih, keluarkan dari api dan teruskan kacau sehingga larut. Ketepikan.

LANGKAH PENYEDIAAN KITKAT KUIH CARA MANIS
1. Masukkan telur, santan, tepung, garam dan perahan pandan ke dalam mangkuk. Gaul rata hingga sebati.
2 Ayak adunan hingga tekstur jadi licin.
3. Panaskan acuan 'Kuih Bahulu' dengan api sederhana sederhana dan lumurkan acuan dengan sedikit minyak.
4. Isikan acuan dengan adunan dan masak selama 10 minit.
5. Lapis permukaan rata 'kuih' dengan ganache dan diapit bersama 'kuih' yang lain.
6. Siramkan sedikit KITKAT ganache pada 'kuih' dan tutup dengan 1 KITKAT (kiub).
7. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

INGREDIENTS FOR KUIH CARA MANIS
3 tbsp Pandan extract
470ml Water
200ml Coconut milk (Santan)
2 Eggs
380g All-purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar

INGREDIENTS FOR KITKAT GANACHE
50ml Heavy cream
6 fingers KITKAT (Finely chopped)
180g Chocolate buttons

OTHER INGREDIENTS
20g Desiccated coconuts
4 fingers KITKAT (cubed)



PREPARATION STEPS FOR KITKAT GANACHE
1. Add cream, chocolate buttons, and KITKAT into a medium saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.
2. Once boiling, remove it from the heat and continue stirring until dissolved. Set aside.

PREPARATION STEPS FOR KITKAT KUIH CARA MANIS
1. Add eggs, coconut milk, flour, salt, and pandan extract into a bowl. Mix evenly until well combined.
2 Sieve the mixture or a smooth texture
3. Heat up the 'Kuih Bahulu' mould over low-medium heat and grease the mould lightly with a brush.
4. Fill the mould with the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Layer the flat surface of the 'kuih' with ganache and sandwich together with another 'kuih'.
6. Drizzle some KITKAT ganache on the 'kuih' and top it off with 1 KITKAT (cubed).
7. Ready to serve.
