Resepi KITKAT Gold Tiramisu Mudah

KITKAT Gold Tiramisu dessert yang sedap sangat kalau dimakan waktu sejuk. Lapisan kek yang dicelup dalam bancuhan kopi instant Nescafe, diselang selikan dengan adunan cheese yang lemak berkrim lebih enak bila ditambah pula dengan taburan coklat KitKat Gold. Sebelum ini pernah viral pasal resepi Cheesekut Tiramisu dessert. Resepi ni pakai biskut dan tak perlu guna oven, tak perlu guna telur dan juga tanpa gelatin. Tak perlu guna oven, tak perlu guna telur dan juga tanpa gelatin. Korang boleh tengok resepi dari Che Nom. Jom tengok bagaimana cara nak buat Resepi KITKAT Gold Tiramisu Mudah.


Bahan-bahan
4 biji telur (asingkan putih dan kuning)
80g gula halus
100ml susu segar
25g serbuk koko
115g tepung kek
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
10g gula
1/4 sudu teh krim tartar

COFFEE SYRUP
10g gula
5g NESCAFE GOLD GRANULES

CHEESE FILLING
225g keju mascarpone
30g gula
4x KITKAT GOLD FINGERS


Cara membuatnya:
  1. Masukkan 4 biji kuning telur dan gula kastor ke dalam mangkuk adunan
  2. Pukul sehingga menjadi ringan dan gebu
  3. Masukkan minyak canola
  4. Masukkan susu perlahan-lahan dan teruskan mengadun
  5. Masukkan garam
  6. Masukkan serbuk penaik, serbuk koko, dan tepung dan ayak adunan
  7. Pukul sehingga adunan sebati
  8. Pukul 4 putih telur dalam mangkuk yang berbeza
  9. Pukul gula secara beransur-ansur sehingga lembut
  10. Masukkan adunan putih telur perlahan-lahan ke dalam adunan coklat
  11. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang
  12. Bakar pada suhu 170 darjah selama 16 minit
  13. Pukul keju dan gula dalam mangkuk adunan pada kelajuan tinggi
  14. Campurkan butiran Nescafe Gold dan gula dengan air suam
  15. Cincang KITKAT GOLD dan ketepikan dalam bekas
  16. Potong kek chiffon dengan acuan bulat
  17. Lapiskan kek, tuang 2 sudu besar sirap kopi, dan paipkan lapisan inti keju
  18. Teratas lapisan dengan emas KitKat
  19. Ulangi langkah-langkah sehingga gelas penuh


KITKAT Gold Tiramisu Recipe

KITKAT Gold Tiramisu Recipe (in English)

Ingredients
4 eggs (separate the whites and yolk)
80g caster sugar
100ml fresh milk
25g cocoa powder
115g cake flour
1/2tsp baking powder
10g sugar
1/4tsp cream of tartar

COFFEE SYRUP
10g sugar
5g NESCAFE GOLD GRANULES

CHEESE FILLING
225g mascarpone cheese
30g sugar
4x KITKAT GOLD FINGERS


Methods:
  1. Add 4 egg yolks and caster sugar into a mixing bowl
  2. Whisk until it becomes light and fluffy
  3. Add in canola oil
  4. Slowly add milk and continue mixing
  5. Add in salt
  6. And sift in baking powder, cocoa powder, and flour
  7. Whisk until the mixture well combine
  8. Beat 4 egg whites in a different bowl
  9. Gradually whisk in the sugar until soft peaks are formed
  10. Gently fold in egg white mixture into the chocolate batter
  11. Pour the batter into the baking pan
  12. Bake at 170 degrees for 16 minutes
  13. For filling beat cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl at high speeds
  14. Mix Nescafe Gold granules and sugar with warm water
  15. Chopped KitKat gold fingers
  16. Cut the chiffon cake with a circular mould
  17. Layer the cake, pour 2tbs of coffee syrup, and pipe a layer of cheese filling
  18. Top the layer with KitKat gold 
  19. Repeat the steps until the glass is filled
