Resepi Kuih Seri Kaya Bakar Chef Marina Mustafa

Philips Malaysia baru-baru ini telah bekerjasama dengan Chef Marina Mustafa untuk sesi memasak ‘Raya Bersama Chef Marina Mustafa’ gunakan Philips Premium All-In-One Multicooker (HD2145/62) dan Philips Viva Collection Airfryer XXL (HD9630/99). Bolehlah cuba Resepi Kuih Seri Kaya Bakar berikut.


BAHAN-BAHAN
¾ cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan santan pekat
5 daun pandan, dikisar bersama ¼ cawan air. Simpan jusnya
½ sk pewarna hijau
4 telur besar, dipukul
¾ cawan gula kaster
2 sb minyak sapi, dicairkan
½ sk, serbuk kayu manis

CARA MEMASAK:
1) Masukkan telur, gula, pewarna hijau & jus di dalam mangkuk besar. Pukul sehingga sebati dan ringan.
2) Masukkan tepung dan santan berselang sehingga semua tepung dan santan habis digunakan.
3) Panaskan tin kuih atau bekas tembaga pecah lapan didalam XXL Air Fryer PHILIPS yang dipanaskan 170 darjah Celcius.
4) Apabila tin panas, tuangkan minyak sapi kedalam tin.
5) Tuangkan adunan Seri Kaya kedalam tin sehingga ¾ penuh.
6) Bakar kedalam XXL Air Fryer PHILIPS selama 12 minit.
7) Apabila Seri Kaya itu sudah ¾ masak, taburkan serbuk kayu manis dan kismis diatasnya. Bakar selama 5 minit lagi.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cups plain flour
1 cup thick coconut milk
5 pandan leaves, blended with ¼ of water & strained for the juice
½ tsp green coloring
4 large eggs, beaten
¾ cups caster sugar
2 tbsp ghee, melted
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp sultanas/raisins

METHOD:
1) Beat eggs, sugar, pandan juice, and green coloring together in a large bowl.
2) Pour in the coconut milk.
3) Put in the flour gradually and beat till well combined until it becomes a smooth batter.
4) Heat a cake tin in a preheated 170ºC PHILIPS Air Fryer.
5) When the tin heats up, put a little bit of ghee.
6) Pour the Seri Kaya into the tin till ¾ full.
7) Bake in the PHILIPS Air Fryer for 12 minutes.
8) After 7 minutes or when the Seri Kaya Bakar is ¾ cooked, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and sultanas/raisins over the top. Bake for another 5 minutes.
