Resepi Daging Lembu Goreng Dengan Belimbing Buluh

Hidangan: 3-4 orang


Bahan A
300 gm hirisan daging lembu Australia Halal
200 gm Belimbing Buluh (belah dua)
3 ulas bawang merah
3 biji padi cili merah (dihiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
1/2 cawan minyak masak

Bahan B
100 gm Taucu
1 sudu besar kicap pekat
1 sudu besar kicap manis
1 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar gula


Cara memasak:
1. Panaskan minyak masak dan tumis bawang putih. Kemudian masukkan pes taucu, semua bahan B dan tumis hingga wangi.
2. Kemudian, masukkan daging lembu yang dihiris dan kacau rata hingga sebati.
3. Seterusnya masukkan cili merah dan bawang merah dan kacau semua bahan selama 2 minit.
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan belimbing buluh dan kacau selama 1 minit lagi.
5. Hiaskan dengan beberapa cili merah yang dihiris dan hidangkan panas dengan nasi panas.


Stir-fried Australian Beef with Belimbing Buluh

Stir-fried Australian beef with fermented soybean paste and Belimbing Buluh
Serving: 3-4 persons

Ingredients:
300 gm Chilled Halal Australian beef slices
200 gm Belimbing Buluh, cut halves
100 gm Taucu (preserved fermented soybean)
1 tbsp Dark soya sauce
1 tbsp Light soya sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
3 pcs Red shallots, cut thin wedges
3 pcs Red chili padi, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1⁄2 cup Cooking oil

Method:
1. In a hot pan, add cooking oil and saute the garlic first then add taucu paste, light soya, dark soy, oyster sauce, and sugar until fragrant.
2. Then, add the sliced beef, stir it well with the sauce.
3. Next add red chili and red shallots and mix well all the ingredients for 2 minutes.
4. Lastly, add the Belimbing Buluh and stir for another 1 minute.
5. Garnish with some sliced red chilies and serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
